Time to get Series – ous

Due to my travel schedule over the next few months, I won’t be offering ongoing weekly classes in the same way I have for the past 10 plus years!  Instead, I’ll be asking students to commit to a series of classes.  Class series will be of varying length over the summer.  There will still be a drop in option, however if a series does not meet the minimum enrollment number it will be canceled.  That’s where you come in.  If you want ongoing yoga classes in Talkeetna, you will need to commit to them!

Several three week series are being offered beginning the week of March 17th.  All classes will take place at the Studio Z Yoga yurt.  Here are the options:

  • Tuesday, 5:30 – 6:45 pm (or 5:45 – 7 pm if that’s preferred)
  • Wednesday, 9 – 10:15 am
  • Friday, 9 – 10:15 am

If you are interested in proposing a different time or day and I can get enough students to participate, I’m willing to add it to the options.  Now is your chance to give schedule input!  I won’t be teaching classes at Northern Susitna Institute during March, but it is possible for me to resume teaching there in May if there’s interest.

I am available for private yoga sessions between now and the beginning of April.  In a private session, students learn to adapt their yoga practice to suit their needs.  This includes considerations for injury, interest, personal practice habits and more.  I have been studying therapeutic and personal yoga applications intensively with Sarahjoy Marsh in Portland, OR.
