Need to get stronger? I will be teaching a new class at a familiar time. Yoga Conditioning will start on Friday, November 22, 10:30 – 11:30 am, at Northern Susitina Institute (NSI). This class will replace the Yoga Basics class on the current schedule.
Yoga Conditioning will use specific exercises to target the muscles that support our core, shoulders, back and hips. In addition to yoga poses, we will be using therabands and other props to strengthen the muscles that are often chronically weak or tight. This class is suitable for students of all levels and students will be encouraged to work at their own capacity.
