We’ve certainly had our share of rainy days this summer in Talkeetna. Most of the time I can convince myself that it’s “only weather”. But sometimes I fall prey to the rainy day blues.
The benefit of a steady yoga practice is that it gives some structure to the day. It might even be what gets you out of bed on those gloomy mornings. As I often tell my students, you don’t have to like it, you just have to do it.
So here I am on another cold gray morning. Time to close the computer and head to the mat!
