Yoga for Your Knees

I will be teaching a 2 hour workshop “Yoga for Your Knees” at Studio Z on Saturday, August 18th at 11:30 am.  This class will review knee anatomy and ways to adapt poses for knee injuries.  It will also address ways to strengthen and stabilize the knee joint.  For more information, or to sign up, please contact me via email or phone (907 733 -3210).  This class is suitable for students of all levels.
