I’m teaching a “Yoga Basics” class this Tuesday, June 7th, 10 am – noon. There will be a focus on standing poses. There are a few spaces left for anyone interested in increasing their understanding of these fundamental poses.
Standing poses help develop strength in the core, legs, and arms. Understanding spinal alignment in these poses helps inform correct alignment in many of the seated, prone, and supine poses. Anyone interested in creating a home practice would do well to establish a firm understanding of these key poses.
