There will be a standing flow and shoulder stand class on Sunday, March 27th at Studio Z from 10 am to noon. Standing poses are the building blocks of a yoga practice. Practicing them regularly helps teach proper alignment for the pelvis, spine and head. Shoulder stand creates strength and stability in the core and mind.
We will explore linking standing poses, how to prop for optimal alignment in both standing poses and shoulder stand, and variations of these forms. This class is suitable for students of all levels. Advanced sign up is recommended.
