February – stand firm

This month we will take the wisdom of the feet and draw it up into our standing poses.  By learning how to stand firm on the earth we are able to do create both stability and mobility, as needed.

In addition to the standing poses practiced in January, we will be learning some balancing and twisting poses.  We will also continue with our shoulderstand practice.  It is my hope to add incrementally to our yoga practice in a way that enhances both our poses and our lives.

Take some time to feel your roots and cultivate the life you wish to live from the ground up.
