How we stand on our feet effects our entire body. Over time, misalignment in the feet can manifest in a variety of ways such as fallen arches, crossed or misshapen toes, bunions, corns, etc. Learn how to stand on your feet in a way that improves balance and posture, as well as benefiting the ankles, knees, hips, and back.
