I am hoping to teach a beginners class this fall. As always, it’s impossible to fit everyone’s schedule. However, I’d like to get input regarding the better time for folks. If you or anyone you know is interested in a 4 week beginning yoga class please contact me. Currently the two possibilities are Tuesdays at 4:15 pm or Fridays at 10:45 am. It will be a 4 week session beginning in September and classes will last an hour. Beginning yoga is suitable for students new to yoga, with injuries, or anyone looking for a refresher.
