The past few weeks we’ve been practicing arm balance poses. These are fun and challenging poses that have lots of benefit. Think arm and core strength! Even if you can’t do the full poses, bearing weight on the arms builds muscle and confidence.
For the remainder of the month we’ll be practicing plank, side plank, handstand, crow pose, and others. If you practice these poses regularly, I can guarantee that they’ll get easier and they may even become some of your favorite poses!
