Here at Studio Z we’ve been working on a variety of ways to connect with the body’s central channel. Doing so helps with alignment and accessing prana. In May we’re going to play around with arm balancing poses. These challenging poses require a strong core connection. And even if a student can’t do a final pose, there is plenty of benefit that comes from weight bearing on the arms.
