Now what?

Once we have achieved a level of success in our asana practice, then what?  In classical yoga, the next step is pranayama.  We create steadiness and ease so that we can connect with prana.  This is considered an advanced practice.  Much has been written about pranayama so I won’t get into specifics here.  Consider this an invitation to explore your breath and how it affects your practice and your mind.  Seek out information on pranayama  and add it to your practice.
