Going with the Flow

It’s always good to be flexible!  Seems like my students are NOT interested in a 2 hour headstand class.  I’m willing to “go with the flow” so I’ve changed this Saturday’s class to a Flow Class.  This means we’ll be linking poses and working with coordinating our movement with the breath.  We’ll also spend some time at the end of class working on some basic pranayama (breathing) practices.  If you’re interested in Saturday’s class (March 27, 10 am – noon), contact me.

I’m always interested in knowing what people want to learn in yoga classes.  Send me your ideas!
